• I earned more than $200,000 by myself each of the previous two years, and I anticipate doing so again this year.
• My husband and I have earned more than $300,000 in total income for the last two years, and we anticipate doing so again this year.
• I make investments on behalf of a corporation or investment firm with more than $5 million in equity. Or whose entire equity ownership is composed of accredited investors.
An individual who meets at least one of these criteria can be an accredited investor.
